银翘清热方治疗风热伤络型小儿过敏性紫癜的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF YINQIAO QINGRE RECIPE IN TREATING ALLERGIC PURPURA IN CHILDREN WITH WIND-HEAT INJURY

目的:通过对银翘清热方治疗风热伤络型小儿过敏性紫癜的临床治疗效果的观察,对治疗小儿风热伤络型过敏性紫癜时使用银翘清热方的临床疗效及优势进行验证分析,对银翘清热方治疗小儿风热伤络型过敏性紫癜的作用机理进行探究。方法:将60例符合诊断标准的风热伤络型过敏性紫癜患儿按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组。对照组的30例患儿给予一般西医治疗:维生素C片、双嘧达莫片。治疗组30例的患儿给予一般西医基础治疗上加服银翘清热方。疗程均为14天,治疗期间观察两组患儿主症、次症变化及紫癜褪去时间、血尿粪常规、肝功能。统计有效率、不良发应,检测安全性,统计两组之间存在的差异性。结果:对照组过敏性紫癜的患儿临床疗效有效率80.00%;治疗组过敏性紫癜的患儿临床有效率93.00%,两组治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,经统计学处理结果P<0.05,差别明显,治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组的治疗效果。并且治疗组出现不良反应的病例数目少于对照组。结论:风热伤络型小儿过敏性紫癜用银翘清热方治疗有效且具有优势和安全性。

Objective:In Yinqiao Qingre recipe to burn winding type of pediatric allergic purpura clinical observation of therapeutic effect,for the treatment of pediatric burn wind winding type allergic purpura with Yinqiao Qingre recipe to verify the clinical curative effect and advantage analysis,in Yinqiao Qingre recipe treatment for infantile wind heat injury modelto explore the mechanism of allergic purpura.Methods:Thirty children with anaphylactoid purpura caused by wind and heat injury who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into treatment group and control group under the guidance of teachers in the internship hospital.The control group received vitamin C tablets and dipyridamole tablets.In the treatment group,15 children were given basic western medicine and Yinqiao Qingre recipe.The course of treatment was 14 days.During the treatment period,the time of primary and secondary diseases and purpura fading,routine haematuria and feces,liver function,statistical efficiency,adverse reactions,and safety of the two groups were observed.Result:The effective rate was 80.00%in the control group.The clinical effective rate of children with allergic purpura in the treatment group was 93.00%.After treatment in the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After statistical treatment,the result p<0.05 showed significant difference,and the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.And the number of adverse reactions in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion:Yinqiao Qinre recipe is effective,safe and effective in treating allergic purpura in children with wind-heat wound collateral.
