摘要
水环境中病毒的浓缩对病毒的检测非常重要。该文对目前已报道的水环境中病毒浓缩富集方法(主要包括:过滤浓缩法、超滤法、超速离心法、絮凝沉淀法、受体捕获浓缩方法等)进行综述,对方法的原理做简要介绍,重点阐述每种前处理方法的操作特点、应用效果和适用范围。文章最后提出现有水环境中病毒浓缩方法存在的问题,结合研究领域的前沿给出若干解决方案,以期提高水环境中病毒的回收率,使水环境中病毒的检测更准确。
It's significant to concentrate viral particles in aquatic environment for virus detection.This review focuses on the concentration approaches of viral particles in water,including filter adsorption and elution,ultrafiltration,ultracentrifugation,flocculation,specific receptor capturing and so on.In this review,the principle of the concentration approaches was introduced briefly.And the operation steps,the effects of the concentration methods and the methods application area were discussed comprehensively.At last,the main shortcomings and challenges of the reported virus concentration approaches were put forward,and several solutions were proposed based on the advanced methodology.The advanced methodology has the potential to improve the virus recovery rate from water,which make the detection results more accurate.
