工业在用换热器一体化能效检测设备及技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 换热器能效检测和评价对其长期稳定的高效运行有着重要作用,针对目前换热器能效检测系统复杂、需拆卸送检、检测费时费力且影响生产的问题,设计并研制一种新型换热器能效检测设备,高度集成流量、温度、差压检测装置和数据处理主机,做到设备集成一体化,满足能效测试要求。主机自动实时对换热器介质流量、温度和差压等信号数据同步采集处理,并计算显示换热器总传热系数、压降、能效等指标。实践表明,研制的新设备对换热器能效检测的现场化、快速化与便携性的特点明显,而且检测结果能够真实反映换热器在用能效状态,对工业换热器能效检测和节能管理提供技术支撑。 Energy efficiency test and evaluation plays an important role in long-term stable and efficient operation of heat exchanger.At present,the energy efficiency test system of heat exchanger is complex,and the test needs to dismantle the heat exchanger and send it to testing laboratory,which is time-consuming and strenuous and affects the production.A new experimental equipment for the energy efficiency of heat exchanger is designed and developed,the equipment is highly integrated with flow,temperature,differential pressure detection device and data processing host,to meet the energy efficiency test requirements of the heat exchanger.The host automatically collects and processes the signal data of medium flow,temperature and differential pressure of heat exchanger in real time,and calculates and displays the total heat transfer coefficient,pressure drop,energy efficiency,etc.Experiment has shown that the test equipment has the properties that on-site,fast and portable.The test results can truly reflect the energy efficiency state of heat exchanger in-service.Hence,it is of practical significance to provide technical support for energy efficiency detection and energy saving management of industrial heat exchanger.
