摘要
文章主要针对某船在航行过程中调距桨装置发生的螺距抖动,通过机械、液压以及电控3个方面综合考虑并加以试验验证,最终找出故障原因,为今后排查此类故障提供了解决思路。
Mainly aiming at the pitch vibration of a pitch-controlling propeller device during the navigation of a ship, it is comprehensively considered through three aspects of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control and verified by tests. The cause of the failure is finally found, which provide a solution for troubleshooting such failures in the future.
