摘要
采出水外输系统是天然气集气站的重要组成部分,天然气在通过高效卧式分离器分离气液后,液相部分转运至闪蒸罐内沉降,然后通过螺杆泵外输至天然气处理厂.由于选取的螺杆泵型号差异及流程上的单一性,在大量天然气携液进站后造成站内液量过高无法及时外输,将液相排入应急地埋罐使用罐车进行拉运,容易带来装卸车风险、运输风险、经济风险等隐患.2019年在Z集气站的建设过程中,对采出水工艺流程进行了优化,为该集气站的采出水外输系统增加了多道工艺,此工艺技术的成功应用为苏南区块液相管理积累了宝贵经验.
The produced water export system is an important part of the natural gas gathering station.In the natural gas gathering station,natural gas enters horizontal high-efficiency gas-liquid separator,the separated liquid phase enters the flash tank for settlement,and then it is exported to the natural gas treatment plant by screw pump.Due to the difference of screw pump types and the singleness of process,a large number of natural gas will carry liquid into the gas gathering station,resulting in too high liquid volume in the station and unable to be transported out in time,and then the liquid will be discharged into the emergency buried tank and transported by tank car,which is easy to bring corresponding loading and unloading risk,transportation risk and economic risk.During the construction of a gas gathering station in 2019,the produced water process was optimized,adding multiple processes to the produced water export system of the gas gathering station,and the successful application of this process technology has accumulated valuable experience for the liquid phase management of south Sulige block.
