特殊螺纹接头油管在苏里格南气田的应用

Application of Tubing with Special Thread Joint in South Sulige Gasfield

苏里格南气田自2011年开发以来,一直采用88.9 mm无油管完井方式.在此开发方式下88.9 mm管柱承担着完井油管和生产油管的双重功用,管材本身的承载能力以及接头处的密封性能显得格外重要.针对API螺纹连接强度和密封性能方面的缺陷,苏里格南气田采用了金属密封结构的特殊螺纹油管,在现场应用中,该扣型性能可靠、质量稳定、易于操作维护.通过近10年的应用,现场人员总结出一套行之有效的油管下入质量管控措施,确保了后期压裂施工的顺利进行和气井生产过程的安全可靠.

Since the development of south Sulige gas field in 2011,the tubeless completion mode of 88.9 mm has been adopted.Under this development mode,the 88.9 mm string bears the dual functions of completion tubing and production tubing,which makes the bearing capacity of the pipe itself and the sealing performance of the joint seem particularly important.In view of the defects in the connection strength and sealing performance of API thread,a special thread tubing with metal/metal sealing structure is adopted in south Sulige gas field.The field application shows that the thread type has reliable performance,stable quality and easy operation and maintenance.Through the continuous exploration of field personnel in the application of nearly 10 years,a set of effective quality control measures for tubing running is summarized,which ensures the smooth progress of fracturing construction in the later stage and the safety and reliability of gas well production process.
