传统的线下安全管理模式存在管控要求难落实、监督检查工作量大、管理工作缺少长周期和连续性等问题.近年,随着信息管理技术、移动互联技术的发展,为苏南项目建立新的安全监督管理模式提供了技术驱动力,以苏南项目承包商安全监督管理模式的创新和再造为目标,依托新的技术实现方式、通过全生命周期的管理视角来思考和设计承包商安全监督管理的新模式.

The traditional offline safety management mode has many problems,such as difficult implementation of management and control requirements,heavy workload of supervision and inspection,lack of long cycle and continuity of management.The development of information management technology and mobile Internet technology provides a technical support for the establishment of a new safety supervision and management mode for south Sulige project.Based on new technologies and whole life cycle management,a new safety supervision and management mode is designed for the contractors of south Sulige project.
