开发Ⅱ区气井分级分类管理及稳产措施研究

摘要 开发Ⅱ区属于低孔、低渗、低丰度的大型气藏,具有单井控制储量小、稳产期短、非均质性强、连通性差的特点,是典型的低渗透致密岩性气田.按照ODP开发方案,生产初期采用88.9 mm(31/2")油管中压模式进行生产,产量低于1.8×104 m3/d下入38.1 mm(11/2")小油管进行生产,达产后低压模式生产.由于开发工艺的特殊性,除少量气井保持相对稳产,气井表现出前期稳产时间短、间歇生产期长、开井时率低的特点.遵循气井全生命周期管理和降本增效的思路,对开发Ⅱ区的气井按照井身工艺、产气量、生产阶段、动态特征进行分类,建立单井的配套生产制度和工艺措施,建立Ⅱ区一井一法一工艺的台账.以矛盾论和实践论的思想为指导,采用PDCA工作方法,验证其实用性,从而实现气井的精细化管理,提高单井的开采效果和气藏的稳产水平. Development ZoneⅡis a large gas reservoir with low,porosity,permeability and abundance.It is a typical low permeability and tight lithologic gas field with small single-well control reserves,short stable production period,strong heterogeneity and poor connectivity.According to the overall development program,at the early stage of production,the tubing of 3.5"is used for producing under medium-pressure mode,and when the production rate is less than 18000 m3/d,the tubing of 1.5"is used for producing under lowpressure mode.Due to the particularity of development technology,except a few gas wells keep relatively stable production,most gas wells show the characteristics of short initial stable production time,long intermittent production period and low production time ratio of gas wells.Following the idea of gas well life cycle management and cost reduction and efficiency increase,the gas wells in Development ZoneⅡare classified according to well-bore process,gas production,production stage and dynamic characteristics,the supporting production system and process measures of single well are established,and the account of one well-one method-one process in Development ZoneⅡis established.Under the guidance of contradiction theory and practice theory,the practicability of the measures is verified using PDCA method,so as to realize the fine management of gas wells,improve the production effect of single well and the stable production level of the gas reservoir.
