摘要
苏南项目对外合作以来,已历经10余载,产能建设和生产运营已有8年.本文主要采用访谈、案例分析、定性分析、经验总结等方法对合作方道达尔公司的对外合作管理进行了宏观研究,同时对近年来苏南公司经营管理情况和取得的成效进行了梳理.通过研究发现目前生产管理存在的一些问题,提出了合理化建议,从而不断优化和提升苏南公司持续高质量发展.
South Sulige foreign cooperation project has gone through more than 10 years,and its production capacity construction and production operation has been for 8 years.In this paper,the foreign cooperation management of the partner Total is studied mainly by interview,case analysis,qualitative analysis and experience summary.At the same time,it the operation and management situation and achievements of South Sulige Operation Branch in recent years are combed.Some problems in the current production management of the branch are found through the research,corresponding suggestions are put forward to optimize and improve the high quality development of the branch.
