清热类中药抗乳腺癌的作用机制研究进展

Current Progress and Prospect of the Regulatory Mechanisms of Heat-clearing Traditional Chinese Medicines Toward Breast Cancer

乳腺癌严重危害女性健康,其预防与治疗受到医学界的广泛关注。清热类中药具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、提高机体免疫能力等现代药理活性,在乳腺癌等肿瘤治疗领域的应用日益广泛。文章从诱导细胞凋亡、影响细胞周期、调控肿瘤血管生成、抑制侵袭转移、调节免疫微环境五个方面对清热类中药的抗乳腺癌作用机制进行总结,对疗效确切、机制明确和开发前景巨大的清热类中药活性组分及其复方制剂进行了梳理,对后期清热类中药在乳腺癌中的应用前景进行了展望和预测,以期加速清热类中药在乳腺癌治疗中的研发进程,为抗乳腺癌的临床治疗提供新的治疗策略。

Breast cancer is seriously harmful to the health of women,and its prevention and treatment have been widely concerned by the medical profession.Heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicine has modern pharmacological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,improving the immune ability of the body and so on.It is widely used in the field of tumor therapy such as breast cancer.In this paper,the anti-breast cancer action mechanism of heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicine was summarized from five aspects:inducing apoptosis,affecting cell cycle,regulating tumor angiogenesis,inhibiting invasion and metastasis,and regulating immune microenvironment.This paper combed the active components of heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicine and their compound preparations with definite curative effect,clear mechanism and great prospect of development,prospected and predicted the application prospect of heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicine in breast cancer,in order to speed up the research and development process of heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer,and provide a new treatment strategy for the clinical treatment of anti-breast cancer.
