中西医结合治疗感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证32例临床观察

Clinical observation on 32 patients with post-infectious cough wind pathogen adhering lung treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证患者应用中西医疗法治疗的疗效。方法:选取64例感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味止嗽散,观察两组治疗效果。结果:从治疗总有效率情况来看,对照组总有效率为75%,观察组总有效率为84.38%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从咳嗽程度和频率积分情况来看,两组积分较治疗前均有下降,但症状改善情况则存在差异,观察组治疗效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:针对于感染后咳嗽患者应用加味止嗽散行中西医结合治疗可以较单纯西医治疗获得更佳的疗效。

Objective to explore the curative effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on patients with post-infectious cough wind pathogen adhering lung.Methods We first selected 64 PIC patients as a sample and then randomly divided them into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsule while the observation group was added with Jiawei Zhisou Powder except for routine treatment.Results The total effective rate was 75%in the control group and 84.38%in the observation group,the overall effective rate of these two groups was significantly different and the observation group was much better than the control group(P<0.05).For cough degree and frequency score,both of these two groups were significantly declined compared with before treatment.However,the clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with post-infectious cough,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with Jiawei Zhisou powder can achieve better curative effect than that of Western medicine alone.
