Evaluation on High Quality Economy Development of China’s Urban Agglomeration

在经济新常态背景下,中国经济从高速增长转向高质量发展,测度当前中国城市群经济高质量发展水平显得尤为重要。文章从现有文献出发,归纳整理经济高质量发展的具体内涵,提出和完善测度经济高质量发展水平的指标体系和方法。通过对中国十大城市群经济高质量发展水平的测度,分析了中国经济高质量发展的现状和存在的问题,并对中国城市群经济高质量发展的提升路径提出对策建议。

In the context of the economic new normal,China’s economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,thus it is particularly important to measure the high level of economic development in China’s urban agglomerations.Starting from the existing literature,this paper summarizes the specific connotation of high-quality economic development,and puts forward and perfects the index system and method of measuring the high-quality economic development level.By measuring the high-quality development level of China’s ten largest urban agglomerations,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China’s high-quality economic development,and also presents countermeasures and suggestions about the promotion path of China’s high-quality economic development of urban agglomerations.
