摘要
为了开发抗冲有机玻璃,考察了原料组成、聚氨酯和交联剂用量对有机玻璃性能的影响。结果表明:适宜的原料组成为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚碳酸酯二醇、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯;按甲基丙烯酸甲酯为100份计,聚氨酯的适宜用量为50份,交联剂的适宜用量为3份。
The effects of raw material ingredients, polyurethane and crosslinking agent on the properties of poly-methyl methacrylate( PMMA) are investigated inorder to develop anti-impact PMMA. The results show that the suitable raw material is methyl methacrylate, crosslinking agent, azodiisobutyronitrile, isofordone diisocyanate, polycarbonate diol, hydroxypropyl methacrylate. The ratio of raw material ingredient is as follows∶methyl methacrylate∶polyurethane∶crosslinking agent equal to 100∶50∶3.
