摘要
针对目前变型设计主模型构建过程中手工梳理设计参数时存在的效率低下、易产生人为误差等问题,提出了结合复杂网络理论的焊接夹具变型主模型构建方法。通过构建尺寸约束网络,实现夹具内不同元件、结构间的尺寸关联;以尺寸约束网络中节点、度的特性为依据,自动计算并发布夹具结构的驱动尺寸参数;同时开发了与计算机辅助设计软件集成的变型设计主模型构建系统,提高了变型设计主模型构建效率和质量。以飞机环控散热器总装焊接夹具主模型构建为例,验证了文中所提方法的可行性。
Aiming at the inefficiency and human error of manual carding design parameters in the process of variant design main model construction, a method of variant main model construction of welding fixture based on complex network theory is proposed.By constructing dimension constraint network, dimension correlation among different components and structures in fixture is realized.Based on the characteristics of nodes and degrees in the dimension constraint network, the driving dimension parameters of fixture structure are automatically searched and published directly. At the same time, a variant design master model building system integrated with computer aided design software is developed, which improves the efficiency and quality of variant design master model building.The feasibility of the proposed method are validated by taking the main model construction of welding fixture for aircraft environmental control radiator assembly as an example.
