复杂型面数控抛光系统的研究与开发设计

摘要 为缩短复杂型面数控抛光的周期,提高加工效率和降低编程难度,设计出了一款面向复杂型面的自动抛光数控编程系统。重点以自动抛光数控编程系统为开发目标,分析系统需求,设计系统整体框架和操作流程;利用Solidworks二次开发技术,以动态链接库文件形式进行开发,完成文件管理、轨迹生成、数据提取与规划、后置处理和加工仿真功能模块设计,各功能模块相互独立;详细分析了抛光轨迹数据提取过程与算法设计,并进行了刀路优化。最后将手机壳作为抛光工件,对系统功能进行仿真测试,验证了抛光系统的可行性与实用性。 In order to shorten the period of NC polishing for complex surface, improve the processing efficiency and reduce the programming difficulty, an automatic polishing NC programming system for complex surface is designed. Focusing on the development goal of automatic polishing NC programming system, analyzing the system requirements, designing the overall framework and operation process of the system;using Solidworks secondary development technology, developing in the form of dynamic link library files, completing the function module design of document management, track generation, data extraction and planning, post-processing and processing simulation, each function module is independent of each other in detail;The data extraction process and algorithm design of polishing trajectory are analyzed, and tool path optimization is carried out. Finally, the mobile phone shell is used as polishing workpiece, and the system function is simulated and tested, which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the polishing system.
