摘要
为了初步了解酒泉市市售冷冻羊肉沙门氏菌污染情况,本研究于2018年2~9月对酒泉市273份市售冷冻羊肉样品中的沙门氏菌进行分离与鉴定.结果显示:共分离获得85株沙门氏菌;共鉴定出5种血清型沙门氏菌,其中鼠伤寒型沙门氏菌和德比型沙门氏菌所占比例最高,分别为57.65%和22.35%;菌株对15种药物的耐药率为0%~91.76%,对甲氧嘧啶和大观霉素耐药率最高,分别为91.76%和72.94%,对头孢类、硝基呋喃类和氨曲南等药物敏感;共产生10种耐药谱,其中耐3种及3种以上抗生素的菌株占89.41%.本次研究结果表明,酒泉市市售冷冻羊肉中污染的沙门氏菌血清型较为复杂,以鼠伤寒型沙门氏菌为主,且分离得到的菌株多重耐药性问题严重.
To investigate the status of Salmonella contamination in the frozen mutton products in Jiuquan city,273 frozen samples were collected from February to September 2018 for bacterial isolation and identification.Total 85 Salmonella strains were obtained and identified to belong to 5 serotypes based on Kauffmann-White method.The high contamination rates of S.typhimurium and S.Derby were 57.65% and 22.35%,respectively.These strains were also tested for their drug susceptibility by K-B Disk method.The resistance was found to 15 tested drugs at a range of 0%-91.76%.Among these drugs,the highest resistance rates were 91.76% and 72.94% for methoxine and spectinomycin,respectively.However,these strains were susceptible to cephalosporins,nitrofurans and aztreonam.In addition,10 drug resistant patterns were identified,of which 3 or more patterns accounted for 89.41%,indicating multiple serotypes of Salmonella contamination in frozen muttons sold in Jiuquan city.
