清天通络饮镇痛、抗炎作用的实验研究

Study on Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Qingtian Tongluo Decoction(清天通络饮)

目的:观察清天通络饮的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:72只小鼠、72只大鼠,随机分为生理盐水组、阿司匹林组、清天通络饮去半夏组、清天通络饮去川乌、草乌组、清天通络饮小剂量组、清天通络饮大剂量组,分别灌胃相应剂量的生理盐水及相关药液。观察各组小鼠醋酸扭体反应、二甲苯耳廓肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性及大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀度。结果:清天通络饮原方及其去半夏或川乌、草乌配方均对醋酸引起的疼痛有镇痛作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);对炎性水肿有抑制作用(P<0.01);对角叉菜胶所致足跖肿胀有抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);均可降低毛细血管的通透性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。但以清天通络饮原方大剂量组作用最为明显。结论:清天通络饮具有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。

Objective:To observe the effects of QingtianTongluoDecoction in pain and inflammation.Methods:72 mice and 72 rats were divided into 6 groups for different treatments,respectively,they were Saline,Aspirin,QingtianTongluoDecoction without Banxia,QingtianTongluoDecoction without Chuanwu or Caowu,QingtianTongluoDecoction low dose and high dose groups.,they were Ig the corresponding Saline or medicine.The writhing response,the pinna swelling and the peritoneal capillary permeabilitywere tested in mice and the pedal swelling of rats were observed.Results:The original formula QingtianTongluoDecoction and the modified one lacking Banxia and the one with neither Chuanwu nor Caowu all had similar effects.All the three formulas alleviated the acetic acid induced pain(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and inhibited the inflammatory edema(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The carrageenan induced pedal swelling of rats were also attenuated and the peritoneal capillary permeability was decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The effects of the original formula Qingtian Tongluo Decoction at high dose were the most significant.Conclusion:The formula Qingtian Tongluo Decoction could inhibit pain and inflammation.
