摘要
目的:考察菊花、黄芩、黄连、半枝莲等20种常见清热解毒中药对碳青霉烯耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(CRAB)的体外抑菌活性,探索临床治疗CRAB感染的新途径。方法:采用微量肉汤稀释法筛选出CRAB菌株,再将20种中药用煮沸法制备成中药溶液,并通过微量肉汤稀释法测定中药的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),最后计算出具有明显体外抑菌作用的中药的MIC 50及MIC 90。结果:20种中药中夏枯草、黄芩、半枝莲、黄连有较好的抑菌效果,4种中药的MIC范围分别为3.13~25.0、1.56~12.5、3.13~50.0、3.13~25.0 g/L;MIC 50分别为6.25、3.13、6.25、6.25 g/L,MIC 90分别为12.5、6.25、25.0、12.5 g/L。结论:20种中药中4种中药对CRAB有明显的抑制作用,其中黄芩的抑菌效果最佳。
Objective:To investigate the antibacterial activity of 20 kinds of common antipyretic and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicines in vitro,such as Chrysanthemum,Scutellaria,Coptis chinensis,and Scutellaria barbata against carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baunmannii(CRAB),exploring a new way for the clinical treatment of CRAB infection.Methods:The microbroth dilution method was used to screen out the CRAB strains and 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were crushed with a shredder and dissolved with sterile water.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Chinese herbal medicines was determined by microbroth dilution method,and finally MIC 50 and MIC 90 of Chinese herbal medicines with obvious antibacterial effect in vitro was calculated.Results:The Chinese herbal medicines which have better inhibitory effects from 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were Selfheal,Scutellaria,Scutellaria barbata,and Coptis chinensis,respectively,the MIC range was3.13~25.0,1.56~12.5,3.13~50.0,3.13~25.0 g/L;the MIC 50 of them were 6.25,3.13,6.25,6.25 g/L and the MIC 90 of them were 12.5,6.25,25.0,12.5 g/L.Conclusion:Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines from the 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have obvious inhibitory effect on CRAB,the best inhibitory effect was found in Scutellaria.
