海洋石油背负式卡子成型工艺

摘要 应海洋石油开采公司要求,制作电缆护套背负式卡子。该卡子具有三瓣式结构,采用复合材料(玻璃钢)真空灌注工艺成型。根据卡子的使用受力情况,进行选材和铺层设计。因卡子结构复杂,采用玻璃钢阴模成型。摸索卡子成型工艺参数,真空灌注工艺可提高生产效率,改善生产工作环境,保证卡子成型质量。对卡子的力学性能检测和地面模拟安装受力试验取得满意的效果。该卡子已交付海洋石油开采公司使用超过1 a,试验效果良好。 The backpack clamp for cable jacket adopts three petal shape structure and is manufactured by vacuum infusion technology with the Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP).According to the working condition,material selection and ply stacking design are performed.Due to the complicated structure of the clamp,FRP female mold is adopted and the molding parameters of clamp are explored.The production efficiency and production working environment are improved,and the molding quality of clamp is ensured by the vacuum infusion process.Satisfactory results are obtained through mechanical property testing of clamps and the stress testing of ground based simulation installation.Now the clamps have been delivered to the offshore oil development company for one year,and show good results.
