人工全髋与半髋置换术在老年股骨颈骨折治疗中的疗效对比研究被引量：4

摘要目的:分析并对比人工全髋与半髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果.方法:参与此次研究的82例患者均为2017年1月-2018年2月间收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者,均接受手术治疗,年龄均≥60岁.依据入院顺序分组,对照组及观察组各41例.对照组采取半髋关节置换术治疗,观察组则采取人工全髋关节置换术,治疗后比较疗效.结果:观察组患者的治疗优良率为97. 6% ,高于对照组(P<0. 05).比较并发症发生几率的对比也显示观察组更低,为4. 9% (P<0. 05).对比2组住院时间、手术时间以及术中出血量则显示对照组更低(P<0. 05).结论:对老年股骨颈骨折治疗的患者实施人工全髋置换术的临床效果优于半髋置换术,但手术创伤较大,恢复速度更慢,临床应依据患者情况合理选择术式.
