摘要
新建本科院校是我国高等教育实现内涵式发展的新生力量,既面临着机遇与挑战并存的现状,又面临着转型与发展的双重任务。新建本科院校本科教育理念尚未完全树立、学科专业体系与社会需求相脱节、师资力量薄弱、实践教学环节弱化、教育经费保障严重不足等因素是学校内涵建设中面临的主要困境。文章以河南工学院内涵建设的探索与实践为例,提出新时代新建本科院校内涵建设的路径与策略,旨在为新建本科院校实现实质性跨越式发展提供理论参考与实践启发。
Newly-established colleges and universities are a new force for the connotative development of higher education in China. They face both the opportunities and challenges, as well as the dual tasks of transformation and development. They are confronted with such dilemmas during their connotation construction as underdeveloped concept of undergraduate education, disconnection of their disciplinary and curricular system from social needs, weak faculty members, inadequate time allocation for practice teaching and the serious shortage of educational appropriation. Based on the exploration and practice in Henan Institute of Technology, the paper puts forward some approaches and strategies for the connotation construction of newly-established colleges and universities, aiming to provide peer institutions with theoretical references and practical inspiration for a substantial leap-forward development.
