肝切除术后疼痛管理的研究进展

Research progress in pain management after hepatectomy

肝切除术是目前治疗原发性肝癌的最佳手段,但患者术后常面临各种疼痛问题,影响机体快速康复进程。本文就肝切除术后患者疼痛的发生情况、疼痛的影响因素、疼痛的测评工具以及干预策略进行综述,以期为肝切除术后患者进行规范化疼痛管理提供借鉴。

Hepatectomy is the best treatment for primary liver cancer at present,but patients often face various pain problems after surgery,affecting the rapid recovery of the body.This paper reviews the occurrence of pain in patients after hepatectomy,its influencing factors,assessment tools and intervention strategies,so as to provide reference for standardized pain management of patients after hepatectomy.
