摘要
通过液相还原硝酸银得到纳米银粒子,然后将其添加入植物组织培养基中,从而得到一种抗菌的复合培养基,实现植物组织的开放式培养。试验主要包括纳米银粒子的制备及复合培养基的制备。首先,采用一种绿色无毒的方法,利用果糖和葡萄糖作为还原剂还原AgNO3溶液,同时研究硝酸银浓度对纳米银粒子粒径的影响。在此基础上,制备出纳米银粒子复合的B5培养基。结果表明,随着AgNO3溶液浓度的升高,纳米银粒子的尺寸增大,粒径分布范围变宽;抗菌测试结果表明,纳米银粒子复合的B5培养基具有显著的抗菌性能。
Nanosilver particles were obtained by liquid phase reduction of AgNO3, and nanosilver composite plant medium with good antimicrobial capability was successfully prepared to realize open culture of plant tissues. The experiment mainly included the preparation of nanosilver particles and the preparation of composite plant medium. First, nanosilver particles were prepared in AgNO3 solution using fructose and D-glucose as reduction reagents. The effect of AgNO3 concentration on the nanoparticle size was investigated. Second, the solvent containing the nanosilver particles was added in B5 medium to form a composite plant medium. It was found that with the increase of AgNO3 solution concentration, the average size of nanosilver particles increased, and the size distribution range became wider. Moreover, the composite B5 medium containing the nanosilver particles exhibited significant antimicrobial capability.
