宫颈球囊联合催产素在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中的应用效果及安全性评价

Application effect and safety evaluation of cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin in induction of labor in mid-term pregnancy of scar uterus

目的探讨宫颈球囊联合催产素在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取我院2016年1月~2019年9月收治的100例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(50例)与B组(50例)。A组采用宫颈球囊联合催产素方法,B组采用口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇方法。比较两组的引产时间、引产成功率、胎盘胎膜残留率、产后出血量、不良反应发生情况。结果 A组引产时间短于B组,A组的引产成功率高于B组,A组胎盘胎膜残留率低于B组,A组产后出血量少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈球囊联合催产素在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中具有一定的应用效果,安全有效,值得临床进一步应用以及推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect and safety of cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin in the induction of labor in the mid-term pregnancy of scar uterus. Methods A total of 100 cases of mid-term pregnancy induced by scar uterus in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A(50 cases) and group B(50 cases). The group A was treated with cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin, and group B was treated with oral Mifepristone and Misoprostol. The induction time, induction success rate, placental membrane residual rate, postpartum hemorrhage, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The induction time of group A was shorter than that of group B. The success rate of induction of labor in group A was higher than that in group B. The residual rate of placental membrane in group A was lower than that in group B. The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in group A was lower than that in group B. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.(P>0.05). Conclusion Cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin has a certain application effect in the induction of labor in the mid-pregnancy of scar uterus. It is safe and effective and worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
