基于SBM-Undesirable模型的中国玉米生产环境效率研究——以黑龙江省为例 被引量:5

摘要 利用考虑秸秆露天焚烧的碳足迹模型计算玉米生产过程中产生的碳足迹,并将其作为非期望产出纳入指标体系,运用SBM-Undesirable模型对2004—2017年黑龙江省玉米生产环境效率进行实证研究。结果表明:考虑秸秆露天焚烧后的玉米生产环境效率明显下降,玉米生产环境效率同时受到规模效率与纯技术效率的双重影响,且随外部条件的变化,在不同时间段内表现出差异化特征,但整体呈波动下降趋势。对非有效年份玉米生产环境效率进行冗余分析后,提出了环境效率的改善途径,以期为玉米生产绿色、低碳发展提供决策参考依据。 This paper uses the carbon footprint model that considers straw open burning to calculate the carbon footprint from corn production and incorporates it as an undesired output into the indicator system,and the SBM-Undesirable model was used to empirically examine the environmental efficiency of corn production in Heilongjiang Province from 2004 to 2017.The results show that the environmental efficiency of corn production considering straw open burning is significantly reduced and affected by both scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency.With the change of external conditions,it shows different characteristics in different time periods,but a decreasing trend along with time in environmental efficiency was found.After redundant analysis of the efficiency of corn production in non-effective years,the improvement of environmental efficiency is proposed to provide a basis for decision-making for green and low-carbon development of corn production.
