高校学科竞赛管理制度体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Subject Contest Management System in Higher Education

文章以探讨学科竞赛在高校人才培养中的作用为出发点,分析得出学科竞赛是提高学生综合能力的有效途径,再根据目前高校学科竞赛管理工作中普遍存在的四种问题,指出高校学科竞赛管理制度体系的建设办法应包括分类分级、立项资助、评价验收、奖励激励。通过分析,最终得出高校对学科竞赛的管理体系应不断创新,以适应不断发展的新形势。

Starting with the role of subject contest in the higher education,this paper has concluded that subject contest is an effective way to improve students'all-around ability.Then,according to the existing problems of subject contest,this paper has pointed out that subject contest management system should include four systems:classification system,supporting system,evaluation system,and incentive system.Through these series of analysis,it is concluded that the subject contest management system should be constantly innovated,to adapt to the new situation of continuous development.
