交通运输专业民族预科生实践教学改革研究

摘要 民族预科教育是党和国家加快培养少数民族地区人才的特殊政策措施,在各高校贯彻实施过程中创新了各种教育模式。在充分研究民族预科生的学情并与普通班学生进行对比分析后,结合内蒙古地区生源特点,研究以应用技能型人才培养为导向的实践教学改革,提出课程体系、教学内容、实验、实习、师资队伍等各方面的具体对策措施,对有效实施民族预科生教育,培养少数民族优秀人才具有一定理论和实践意义。 Ethnic preparatory education is a special policy measure for the Party and the state to speed up the training of talents in minority areas,and has innovated various educational models in the process of implementation in colleges and universities.After fully studying the learning situation of ethnic preparatory students and comparing them with ordinary students,combined with the characteristics of students in Inner Mongolia,this paper studies the practical teaching reform guided by the cultivation of applied skilled talents,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in such aspects as curriculum system,teaching content,experiment,practice,teaching staff and so on,which is of certain theoretical and practical significance for the effective implementation of the education of ethnic preparatory students and the cultivation of outstanding ethnic minority talents.
