This paper first analyzes the current situation of China's heat treatment industry,the gap with the world's advanced countries and its causes.Then it discusses the reform direction of heat treatment experiment teaching in the cultivation of innovative compound talents under the background of engineering education professional certification.Finally,it points out the necessity and urgency of training heat treatment professionals who combine theory and practice,enterprise and institution satisfaction,and their own value growth.
