矿山巷道分级合理支护方法研究与应用 被引量:19

Research and Application of Grading and Rational Support Method for Mine Roadway

摘要 随着阿舍勒铜矿逐步转为深部开采,深部巷道支护方案亟需优化。为实现按需支护目标,建立了矿山深部巷道分级合理支护体系。首先,对巷道合理支护的基本要求和主要影响因素进行了分类汇总分析;其次,提出基于围岩条件、巷道断面尺寸、巷道功能用途和服务年限、软弱结构面产状影响的巷道支护分级方法;最后,基于矿山支护现状、深部巷道支护成本分析比较以及前期支护研究,对合理的支护形式进行评价,确定与巷道支护级别相对应的支护形式和参数,进行方案设计。现场应用结果表明,分级合理支护节约了巷道支护成本约10%,节省支护时间约20%,降低了支护返修率,支护效果良好,为矿山巷道支护标准化和规范化管理提供了依据。 With the transition from shallow mining to deep mining in Ashele copper mine,the supporting scheme of deep roadway needs to be optimized.In order to achieve the goal of supporting according to the demand,agrading and rational support system of deep roadway was established.First of all,the basic requirements and main influencing factors of rational roadway support were classified and analyzed.Secondly,the grading method of roadway support was proposed based on surrounding rock conditions,roadway section size,roadway function and service life,and the influence of occurrence of weak structural plane.Finally,according to the current situation of mine support,the analysis and comparison of deep roadway support cost and the previous support study,the grading and rational support method of roadway was evaluated,the support form and parameters corresponding to the roadway support grade were determined,and the engineering scheme was designed.The results of field application showed that the grading and rational support could save the support cost by about 10% and reduce the support time by around 20%.Moreover,the repair rate of the support was reduced,and the support effect was good.This support method provided the basis for the roadway support standardization and standardized management of the mine.
