摘要
李楼铁矿选矿厂采用强磁选-重选-阴离子反浮选联合流程,原阴离子反浮选作业存在浮选过程稳定性差,泡沫粘、浮选选择性差,尾矿品位高达23%,铁损失率大等问题。为解决这些问题,以新研制的捕收剂H-27A对现场浮选工艺流程进行了浮选试验。结果表明:在NaOH用量为1200g/t(pH=12)、淀粉用量为600g/t,CaO用量为300g/t,捕收剂H-27A用量为700+300g/t的条件下,采用一粗一精三扫流程工艺,获得了铁品位66.85%,铁回收率90.71%的铁精矿,浮选精矿品位和回收率分别提高了1.7和0.78个百分点,同时尾矿品位降低至18.38%,显著提高了选别指标。
Lilou concentrator adopted the combined process of high-intensity magnetic separation,gravity separation and anion reverse flotation.In terms of the previous anion reverse flotation operation,there were problems such as poor stability,foam sticking,poor flotation selectivity,high tailings grade(up to 23%),and large iron loss rate in the flotation process.In order to solve these problems,the flotation test was carried out on the on-site flotation process through using a new developed collector H-27 A.The results showed that when the dosage of NaOH,starch,CaO and H-27 Awas 1200 g/t(pH=12),600 g/t,300 g/t and 700+300 g/t,respectively,the iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.85% and iron recovery rate of 90.71% was obtained by the process of one roughness,one concentration and three sweeping.The iron grade and recovery rate of reverse flotation increased by 1.7 percent point and 0.78 percent point,respectively.And the tailings grade was reduced to 18.38%.The benefication indexes were greatly improved.
