摘要
导师指导是美国初任教师入职教育的重要形式,有利于促进初任教师的专业发展,而建设高质量的导师队伍是完成有效指导的关键。基于此,美国马萨诸塞州的初任教师导师制要求导师与初任教师合理匹配,并对初任教师实施全方位指导。该制度对导师的职责、选拔标准、培训和补偿方式进行了明确而严格的规定,以确保导师的指导质量。马萨诸塞州的初任教师导师制对我国初任教师入职培训质量的改善、初任教师及其导师队伍的建设和发展,具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。
Mentoring is an important form of induction education for beginning teachers in the United States, which is conducive to the professional development of beginning teachers, and building a high-quality team of mentors is the key to effective mentoring. Based on this, Massachusetts Beginning Teacher Mentor Programrequires mentors to provide all-round mentoring and reasonable matching for beginning teachers. The program clearly stipulates the responsibilities of mentors, and implements strict selection, continuous training and various forms of compensation for mentors. Massachusetts Beginning Teacher Mentor Programhas important reference and practical significance for the improvement of the induction training quality and the team construction and development of the beginning teachers and mentors in China.
