陕西关中地区农村住宅装配式建筑发展对策研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Rural Residential Prefabricated Buildings in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi

在党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略下,本文以陕西关中地区农村住宅为研究对象,通过问卷的形式对陕西关中地区农村住宅现状和对装配式建筑认知情况进行调研,运用SWOT方法分析装配式建筑在陕西关中地区农村发展的优势、劣势、机会和挑战,为陕西关中地区农村装配式住宅的建设提出发展对策和措施。

Under the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper takes the rural housing in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province as the research object, investigates the current situation of rural housing in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province and the cognition of prefabricated buildings through questionnaire,analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of prefabricated buildings in rural areas of Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province by SWOT method, and puts forward development measures for the construction of rural assembly houses in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province.
