随着市场竞争的不断加剧以及信息技术的不断发展,产业组织结构经历了从产业价值链到产业价值网的演化。本文分析了价值网的形成、构成以及类型,探讨了价值网的主体和关联的复杂化趋势,指出了产业组织结构的创新方向是以价值网为架构的复杂网络。

With the increasingly market competition and the continuous development of information technology, the industrial organization structure has experienced the evolution from the industrial value chain to the industrial value network. This paper analyzes the formation, composition and types of value network, discusses the complexity trend of the subjects and the connections. Finally, this paper points out that the innovation direction of industrial organization structure is the complex network based on value network.
