摘要
民航空乘人力资源是构建航空公司核心竞争力的基础。空乘人员的职业状态和专业水平对航空业服务质量、飞行安全有着非常重要的影响。目前空乘人员存在新乘偏多、职业倦怠等问题,需要采取多种措施加强空乘人员培养与激励。本文结合实例,从入职培训、在岗培训、职业发展、激励机制、企业文化等方面提出了对策建议。
Human resources of civil aviation flight attendants is the basis for building the core competitiveness of airlines. The professional status and level of flight attendants has a very important impact on the quality of aviation service and flight safety. At present,there are many problems in the flight attendants, such as a large number of fresh staff, and job burnout. Various measures need to be taken to strengthen the training and incentive of flight attendants. Based on examples, this article proposes countermeasures from four aspects of orientation training, on-the-job training, career development, and incentive mechanism.
