摘要
随着铁路快速发展,列车运行速度不断的提高,列车经过道岔速度成了制约整体运行速度的重要因素之一,普铁线路道岔钢轨的平顺性直接影响行车平稳、旅客舒适度提高、材料消耗减少、维修费用降低、线路设备寿命延长、机车车辆使用寿命及维修周期。道岔区域岔尖、岔心、焊缝、心轨、翼轨等局部区域主要采用人工操作的小型打磨机进行现场作业打磨,因此对普速线路道岔钢轨及焊接接头打磨技术研究具有重要意义。本文针对工作过程中道岔利用小型打磨机打磨技术相关问题展开分析。
With the rapid development of railways, the running speed of trains continues to increase, and the speed of trains passing through turnouts has become one of the important factors restricting the overall running speed. The smoothness of turnout rails on the general railway line directly affects the stability of driving, the improvement of passenger comfort, and the reduced materials consumption,reduced maintenance costs, extended line equipment life, locomotive vehicle life and maintenance cycle. In the turnout area, the local area such as the tip, core, weld, core rail, wing rail and other local areas are mainly polished on-site by a small manual-operated grinding machine. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the grinding technology of turnout rails and welded joints on ordinary speed lines.This paper analyzes the problems related to the grinding technology of turnouts by using small grinding machines during the work process.
