埕海油田注水泵工作可靠性分析

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,埕海油田发展到了新的阶段,加强了多级离心泵的应用,以实现向油田地层注水的目的,并对地层能量进行补充,促进地层原油整体采收率提高。然而在应用过程中,会出现一定的故障,难以提高工作可靠性,不利于油田注水工作的开展,所以在本次研究中,主要对埕海油田注水泵工作的可靠性进行分析。 With the continuous development of society, the Chenghai Oilfield has developed to a new stage, and the application of multi-stage centrifugal pumps has been strengthened to achieve the purpose of injecting water into the formation of the oilfield,supplementing the formation energy and improving the overall oil recovery rate. However, in the application process, there will be certain failures, so it is difficult to improve the reliability of the work, which is not conducive to the development of water injection in the oil field.Therefore, in this study, the reliability of the water injection pump in the Chenghai oil field was mainly analyzed.
