OEC模式作为一种全方位对每个工作人员所涉及到的事情进行科学管理的管理模式,其最早是由海尔集团使用并在各大企业管理活动中推广,现阶段被逐渐应用于高校图书馆管理活动当中。立足于研究现状,首先介绍了OEC模式的定义与内涵,其次对OEC管理模式在高校图书馆日常管理中的应用途径进行了解析,最后则探讨了OEC管理模式在高校图书馆管理中应用的效果评价情况,希望可以有效提升OEC管理模式的应用效果,促进图书馆管理工作的顺利开展。

The OEC model is a management model that comprehensively manages the matters involved by each staff. It was first used by Haier Group and promoted in the management activities of major enterprises. At this stage, it is gradually applied to university library management activities. Based on the current research situation, this paper firstly introduced the definition and connotation of the OEC model, secondly analyzed the application of the OEC management model in the daily management of college libraries, and finally discussed the effect evaluation of the OEC management model in the management of college libraries, to effectively improve the application effect of the OEC management model and promote the smooth development of library management.
