摘要
SQ31X型切丝机砂轮修整装置主修件金刚石,在使用过程中发现金刚石利用不充分,还有再利用的价值。因此,通过对转动杆进行改进,可以使被换下废旧金刚石重新再利用延长使用寿命,节约了备件资金。
The main repair part of SQ31 X wire cutter grinding wheel dressing device is diamond. During use, it is found that the diamond is not fully used, and it has the value of reuse. Therefore, by improving the rotating rod, the used diamonds can be reused to extend the service life and save spare parts funds.
