摘要
本文运用超声波辅助共沉淀法富集和HG-AFS法,建立了一种快速、准确同时测定复杂样品中痕量硒、锗的方法。共沉淀条件为:0.025mol.L-1LaCl3·7H2O,pH:9~10,在150W时超声辅助沉淀5min;HG-AFS测定条件:还原剂:11.0g·L-1KBH4,载流:8%H3PO4。结果:硒在0~10.0μg·L-1时,R2=0.9998,检出限:0.0654μg·L-1,RSD=1.41%;锗在0~100.0μg·L-1时,R2=0.9955;检出限:0.1388μg·L-1,RSD=1.67%;硒、锗的加标回收率分别为:98.67%,84.25%。该方法检出限低、灵敏度高、准确可靠。
In this paper,an ultrasonic-assisted co-precipitation enrichment method and the HG-AFS method are used to establish a fast and accurate method for simultaneously determining trace amounts of selenium and germanium in complex samples.Co-precipitation conditions are:0.025mol.L-1LaCl3·7H2O,pH:9~10,ultrasonic-assisted precipitation at 150W for 5min;HG-AFS measurement conditions reducing agent:11.0g·L-1KBH4,current carrying:8%H3PO4.Results:When selenium is 0~10.0μg·L-1,R2=0.9998,detection limit0.0654μg·L-1,RSD=1.41%;when germanium is 0~100.0μg·L-1,R2=0.9955;Detection limit:0.1388μg·L-1,RSD=1.67%;the recovery rates of selenium and germanium were 98.67%and 84.25%respectively.The method has low detection limit,high sensitivity and high accuracy and reliability.
