摘要
车间布局优化一直以来是企业提高生产效率、降低生产成本的重要一环,车间的布局合理性关乎能否更好的促进企业发展。以XM煤矿企业的机加一分公司车间为研究对象,实际调研了车间生产产品的工艺流程、生产布局资料,运用价值流图对该车间生产布局现状做了分析,通过SLP理论方法对车间的物流关系和作业单位相互关系进行了分析确定,得到了该车间的作业单位相互关系图、作业单位综合接近程度排序及作业单位位置相关图,并结合车间实际给出了2种优化方案。通过方案综合评价选出了较为合理的方案,为企业提高效益、节省成本提供了有力的支持和指导。
Layout Optimization of the workshop has always been an important part of improving production efficiency and reducing production costs. The rationality of the layout of the workshop is about whether it can better promote the development of the enterprise.Taking the Machine plus one workshop of the XM coal mine company as the research object, the process flow and production layout data of the products produced in the workshop were actually investigated, and the current situation of the production layout of the workshop was analyzed using the Value Stream Map. The logistics relationship and the interrelationship between operating units were analyzed and determined. The correlation diagram of the operating units of the workshop, the overall proximity of the operating units, and the correlation diagram of the location of the operating units were obtained, and two optimization schemes were given based on the actual situation of the workshop. A more reasonable plan was selected through comprehensive evaluation of the plan, which provided strong support and guidance for enterprises to improve efficiency and save costs.
