坚硬顶板大采高沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对双柳煤矿留设30m宽的区段煤柱进行护巷时,造成资源浪费严重、采出率较低以及应力集中严重等问题。本文以双柳煤矿33(4)16工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析以及数值模拟的方法确定沿空留巷的关键参数以及浅孔聚能爆破的关键参数,并通过现场矿压监测对所设计的方案进行验证。结果表明:①通过理论计算确定巷旁柔模混凝土墙体的宽度为1.5m能够满足实际的需要;②通过采用数值模拟以及现场试验确定超前预裂切缝的关键参数为切缝高度8.5m、切缝角度15°、切缝钻孔间距1000mm;③通过现场观测围岩变形量可知巷道围岩变形较小,说明此次沿空留巷试验能够满足生产需要。 In the case of retaining a 30 m wide section coal pillar in Shuangliu Coal Mine, it causes serious waste of resources, low recovery rate and serious stress concentration. Taking the 33(4)16 working face of Shuangliu Coal Mine as the engineering background, the key parameters of the retaining roadway along the goaf and the key parameters of the shallow hole gathering blasting are determined by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, and designed by on-site mine pressure monitoring. The program is verified. The results show that: ① It is determined by theoretical calculation that the width of the soft concrete wall along the roadside is 1.5 m, which can meet the actual needs. ②The key parameters of the pre-split slit are determined by numerical simulation and field test. The height is 8.5 m, the cutting angle is 15°,and the distance between the drilling holes is 1000 mm. ③It can be seen from the observation of the deformation of the surrounding rock on the spot that the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is small, indicating that the roadway test along the air can meet the production needs.
