掘进巷道粉尘分布规律及防治措施

Dust distribution law and prevention measures for driving roadway

采用称重法对1209回采工作面材料巷掘进期间粉尘浓度进行测定,并对全尘以及呼吸性粉尘的分布规律进行了研究。根据粉尘分布规律提出在掘进迎头煤层注水、增设除尘风机、安装净化水幕、转载机加防尘罩及定期清理巷道底板积尘等建议措施,以期能改善巷道掘进工作面工作环境。

The dust concentration during the excavation of 1209 mining face material was measured by weighing method, and the distribution law of dust and respirable dust was studied. According to the law of dust distribution, the proposed measures such as water injection into the head coal seam, addition of dust removal fan, installation of purifying water curtain, transfer machine plus dust cover and regular cleaning of dust on the roadway floor are proposed to improve the working environment of roadway driving face.
