摘要
目前采煤机动态特性研究不足,对于采煤机零部件的载荷波动缺乏了解,这也导致采煤机设计不合理,零部件时常因为载荷波动较大而断裂等问题。文章针对这些问题,对采煤机在斜切进刀截煤工况下的动态特性进行了研究,采用了连续过程连续仿真和多软件联合仿真的方式,最终获取了采煤机牵引部的运动参数变化、滚筒三向受力、导靴受力、行走轮受载随时间变化等动力学特性。该研究为不仅为采煤机零部件强度分析提供了前期基础,也为采煤机进一步开展动力学分析研究提供了重要的研究方法。
At present, the dynamic characteristics of the shearer are not studied enough, and the lack of understanding of the load fluctuation slot of the shearer components is not well understood, which also leads to the unreasonable design of the shearer, and the parts and components are often broken because of the large load fluctuations. In view of these problems, the dynamic characteristics of the shearer under the condition of oblique cut-in coal cut coal are studied, and the dynamic characteristics such as the motion parameter change, the three-way force of the roller traction, the guide boot force, and the travel wheel load change over time are obtained by using continuous process simulation and multi-software joint simulation. This research provides not only a preliminary basis for the analysis of the strength of the components of the shearer, but also an important research method for the further development of dynamic analysis of the shearer.
