神角煤业2105工作面粉尘运移规律及降尘参数优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 以神角煤业2105综采工作面为背景,通过理论分析、数值计算及现场实测等方法,展开关于综采面粉尘运移规律和架间降尘参数的优化研究,结果表明:采煤机逆风和顺风割煤时工作面粉尘运移规律基本一致,距离滚筒截割部10~15m的下风侧粉尘浓度达到最大(即采煤机司机处),工作面原有降尘措施开启后,降尘效率在移架处最高,可达80.9%,采用遗传算法对架间喷雾降尘参数优化后,整体降尘率均达到了95%以上,取得了良好的应用效果。 Based on the 2105 fully mechanized mining face of Shenjiao Coal Industry, the theoretical research, numerical calculation and on-site measurement method are used to carry out optimization research on the law of comprehensive mining flour dust migration and inter-frame dustfall parameters. The results show that: shearer When the wind is blown against the wind and downwind, the dust dust migration law is basically the same. The dust concentration on the downwind side of the roller cutting section is 10~15 m(ie, the driver of the coal mining machine), and the dust reduction efficiency after the original dust reduction measures are turned on. The highest in the shifting position, up to 80.9%, the genetic algorithm is optimized for the inter-stand spray dust reduction parameters, the overall dust reduction rate has reached more than 95%, and achieved good application results.
