侏罗系采空区煤柱上下坚硬岩层协同压裂控制技术 被引量:1

摘要 同忻煤矿难垮落坚硬顶板具有层数多、厚度大、层位高,在开采特厚煤层时,采场空间大,覆岩运移范围广,矿压显现强烈。本文提出了地面水力压裂坚硬顶板控制矿压的方法,改造了高位坚硬顶板完整性和连续性。研究成果在同忻煤矿得到成功应用,消除了强矿压显现,经济社会效益显著。 In Tongxin Coal Mine, the hard roof which is difficult to collapse has many layers, large thickness and high seam. When mining extra-thick seam, the stope space is large, the overlying strata migration range is wide, and the strata pressure is strong. In this paper, a method of controlling rock pressure by surface hydraulic fracturing hard roof was proposed, which improves the integrity and continuity of high-level hard roof. The research results have been successfully applied in Tongxin Coal Mine, eliminating the appearance of strong rock pressure, and achieving good results and remarkable economic and social benefits.
