摘要 保证链轮和链条具有较高的结构性能,已成为提高刮板输送机工作效率的重点研究方向。以链轮、链条主要故障失效分析为基础,开展了两部件之间的啮合特性分析,结果表明:链轮的链窝、链齿、齿根及啮合处的链条等部位均存在结构薄弱问题,极可能率先出现结构变形、断裂等故障现象,由此,提出降低两部件啮合故障失效的主要措施,此措施可为煤矿企业及现场操作人员提供重要的参考。该研究对降低两部件的故障概率和提高刮板输送机的工作效率具有重要的现实意义。 Ensuring that sprockets and chains have high structural performance has become a key research direction to improve the efficiency of scraper conveyor. Based on the failure analysis of the main faults of sprockets and chains, the meshing characteristics between the two parts are analyzed. The results show that there are weak structural problems in the chains of sprockets, chains of sprockets, sprockets,tooth roots and chains at meshing points. It is very likely that structural deformation and fracture will occur first. Therefore, it is proposed to reduce the two parts. The main measures of meshing failure failure can provide important reference for coal mine enterprises and field operators. This research has important practical significance for reducing the failure probability of two parts and improving the working efficiency of scraper conveyor.
