摘要
为了提高ZY6400型液压支架支护强度,采用有限元分析计算方法对支架掩护梁受力分布规律和疲劳寿命进行了模拟研究,并提出了优化措施。优化后的液压支架在1-101工作面进行了工业性实践,在试验期间支架掩护梁结构完好,支护强度高,安全性好,确保了矿井安全生产。
In order to improve the support strength of ZY6400 hydraulic support, the stress distribution and fatigue life of support shield beam were simulated by finite element analysis method, and the optimization measures were put forward. The optimized hydraulic support has been put into industrial practice in 10-101 working face. During the test, the shield beam of the support has good structure, high support strength and good safety, which ensures the safety of mine production.
