摘要 为解决无轨胶轮车转向系统在转向时噪声、振动较大甚至导致管路破裂的问题,在对无轨胶轮车转向系统分析的基础上,基于AMESim搭建优先阀和转向器的仿真模型并验证模型的正确性,最后联合ADAMS软件联合对其机液系统进行仿真,为后续转向系统的优化提供基础。 In order to solve the problem of noise, vibration and even pipeline rupture in the steering system of trackless rubber tyred vehicle,based on the analysis of the steering system of trackless rubber tyred vehicle, the simulation model of priority valve and steering gear is built based on AMESim and the correctness of the model is verified. Finally, the hydraulic system of the vehicle is simulated jointly with ADAMS software to provide the following optimization of the steering system Basics.
