摘要
首先对整个系统的功能及结构进行了设计,系统包括网络数据采集系统,企业设备监测中心,设备信息数据库,设备管理信息中心四个部分,然后对系统的硬件和软件系统进行了设计,对传感器和数据采集和调理模块进行了选型,通过仿真波形信号和振动平台信号源对系统进行了验证和测试,结果表明,系统测试分析结果与实际相吻合,系统稳定、可行。
Firstly, the function and structure of the whole system are designed. The system includes four parts: network data acquisition system, enterprise equipment monitoring center, equipment information database and equipment management information center. Then the hardware and software systems of the system are designed. The sensor and data acquisition and conditioning module were selected. The system was verified and tested by simulating the waveform signal and the vibration platform signal source. The results show that the system test analysis results are consistent with the reality, and the system is stable and feasible.
