基于"校企合作、产教融合"-"PLC专项培训包"的研究与实践

为了将国家职业教育改革实施方案贯彻落实到位、大力推动校企合作产教融合,采取校企合作的方式,开发"PLC专项培训包",使用一体化的循环开发过程,即集调研、设计、论证、制作、实施和反馈于一体。"PLC专项培训包"项目开发是通过调查开滦集团各矿业公司关于PLC职业岗位的工作内容、工作任务、新技术应用等情况制定的。"PLC专项培训包"具有针对性强的优点,可以改变传统培训模式,采用模拟岗位的实训方法以及项目化的理论教学的方式,接近实际的岗位环境,符合技能的基本要求,使得培训取得良好的效果。为我校将进一步深化教育教学改革,不断拓宽校企产教融合渠道,为开滦集团公司技术技能人才培养做出更大贡献,为区域经济发展提供更多更优质的技术服务。

In order to implement the national vocational education reform implementation plan in place,and vigorously promote the integration of school-enterprise cooperation with industry and education,the schoolenterprise cooperation method was adopted to develop a "PLC special training package",using an integrated circular development process,that is,to integrate research and design,Demonstration,production,implementation and feedback in one.The development of the "PLC Special Training Package" project was developed by investigating the work content,work tasks,and application of new technologies of PLC professional positions in mining companies of Kailuan Group.The "PLC special training package" has the advantage of being highly targeted.It can change the traditional training mode,adopt the practical training method of the simulated post and the project-based theoretical teaching method,close to the actual post environment,and meet the basic requirements of the skills,so that the training can be achieved good effect.It will further deepen the reform of education and teaching in our school,continuously expand the integration of production,education and teaching in the school,make greater contributions to the training of technical talents in Kailuan Group,and provide more and better technical services for the development of the regional economy.
